Keeping Fit Over 50s
Wednesday, March 12th, 2008The Antrim borough has something to offer to all over 50s who want to keep fit. From 3rd March until the end of April pilates classes are available (on Mondays) and then 6th March until 1st May people can join aerobic (on Thursday).
Ashley Whittley, Active Lifestyles officer, explains that pilates aims to build body strength and improves posture by repeating a series of exercises. It is a gentle way of keeping fit while being fun.
