Try Extreme!
If you feel like trying some extreme activities such as BMX-ing, skateboarding or rollerblading for free, come to Liverpool. The World Firefighters Games 2008 will take place on Wednesday, 26 March from 12 pm until 4 pm.
The suggested activities are part of the Ramp-Up Tour. The tour is part of the WFG08 community engagement programme and is in partnership with Netherton-based Rampworx.
Young people as well as adults will have a chance to try new sports with experts’ help and advice.
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service is hosting the 10th World Firefighters Games from 24 August to 2 September.
