And What If I Don’t Ski…

Are you just about to go to a ski resort with a group of friends or relatives? But you don’t ski…

Don’t worry! There are still plenty to do in the winter. Some ski resorts and hotels have great offers of dog sledding or tubing if you want to try something exciting on the snow. If you’re going with children they may want to have a go with snowmobiling. Another option for you is ski biking (if you’re seeking some thrill!)

And how about ice skating? Many winter resorts have ice rinks where you can practice new moves and tricks.

Another interesting alternative for the kids is “cookie time”. That’s the time where children make cookies with the chef. They get involved in cooking and prepare something delicious for their parents.

What else can you do except skiing? Why don’t you take a ride on a gondola while being by the lake? Some resorts offer even a winter paddle wheel boat rides.

Want something more extreme? How about ice climbing course where you’ll climb a frozen waterfall?

Yet another option is nordic walking where the whole body is involved. You can also try fly fishing or… zorbing. A strong recommendation before trying this last option is to have just a small meal or not to have a meal at all. You’ll climb into a large ball, get strapped and will be pushed down a mountain.

Whatever you choose - have fun!
