The Wild Sports You’ve Got To Try - Part 4
Today we’ll have a look at two more adventure activities worth having a go.

Winter Kiting is one of them. It’s a young sport, a result of a mariage between windsurfing and skiing. You’ll need a kite and skis, snowboards or sleds. Probably the best place to catch wild currents is Arctic icecaps where winter kiters are pulled up high mountains, and perform high-flying acrobatics not possible on skies or snowboards alone.

The last extreme activity in this series is for all those who feel like they’ve tried absolutely everything and still are searching for more. Maybe it’s time for you to leave this planet and try a Space Travel. There’s, however, one condition: you need to have $200.000 to play with.
Virgin Galactic is a venture of billionaire adventurer Sir Richard Branson. He hopes to begin offering the first commercial sub-orbital flights into space in 2008 or 2009. Test flights on a specially designed SpaceShipTwo are beginning this year. All you need to do is to pay a deposit and then you’ll be scheduled for a trip. You’ll be taken to a sub-orbit about 70 to 80 miles above the earth’s surface, you’ll experience zero gravity and can gape in awe at the blue planet beneath you.
Better start saving as new year’s coming quickly…
