Is There One Helmet Suitable For Kayaking, Climbing And Cycling?

Are you one of those folks that does every extreme sport on the list? This new helmet has been designed with that in mind, allowing you to use the same headgear for every sport, and saving quite a packet of money in the process.
A new Kong Scarab has recently been designed for multi-sports users. It’s very light as its weight is just 255 grammes. It replaced Halewa Helmet (260 grammes) which had CE approval for use in climbing, cycling and paddling. The Kong Scarab has a redesigned vent system and a quickly variable fit using a rotating knob for adjustment.
With its price of about £95 the helmet is quite expensive but it’s strongly recommended by specialists. Although they are not entirely sure about its use in snowboarding…
The other thing to remember is that even though Kong Scarab has a good ventilation, it still won’t cool your head as well as a top cycling-specific helmet on hot days.

I am very interested in this helmet for adventure racing. But can you tell me anything about sizing for ordering?
