2007 British Kite Surfing Championships

The 2007 British Kite Surfing Championship is about to get under way. There are seven rounds all in the freestyle kite surfing category. Obviously, the competition is weather depending and wind depending. Spectators are welcome at all the rounds and many of the venues will be having beach parties and evening entertainment in between the competition. If you have a venue near you, go along and support the competitors and see the stunts and tricks that the competitors can perform.

Round One takes place at Watergate Bay in Cornwall from the 30th March to the 1st April.
Round Two takes place at barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria from the 11th-13th May.
Round Three takes place at Hunstanton in Norfolk from the 15-17th June
Round Four takes place at Skegnedd in Lincolnshire from the 22-24th June
Round Five takes place at Gullane in Lothian from 24th-26th August
Round Six takes place at Littlehampton in West Sussex from 14th-16th September
Round Seven takes place at Hayling Island in Hampshire from the 5th-7th October
