Nissan Outdoor Games
Extreme Sports fans will be pleased to hear that it has just been announced that the Nissan Outdoor Games will be back again this year. The games will be held in Interlaken, Switzerland from the 28th June -1st July and will consist of competitions for kayaking, mountain biking, paragliding, base jumping and climbing.
There will be an official opening ceremony on Thursday 27th June in preparation for the contest which will begin on the Friday, starting with the Swiss Climbing Championships. Saturday and Sunday will consist of the Kayaking and Mountain Bike competitions but throughout the games there will be paragliding, base jumping and speed flying demonstrations and displays.
The prizes will be awarded to the winners late Sunday afternoon after the final Kayaking competition.
