Forget the rain, get Kite-Surfing
Quit staring miserably at the awful weather we’re having, and get yourself out where it doesn’t matter that it’s raining - the ocean. Your wheels can’t slip when you’re on a surfboard, and you don’t need waves when you’ve got a kite! A national survey by the AKSA in america recently discovered that kite surfing is ranked as a top extreme sport by many sports enthusiasts.
They found considerable support for the high adrenalin activity, with those who hadn’t tried it gauranteeing they would before the end of the year. Pretty much anywhere there’s coast you can find centres with rental equipment and courses available, and it’s worth asking your nearest water sports centre about prices and times.

On days like this when the rain’s lashing down, donning a thick wetsuit and speeding along the surf could be just the pick-me-up we all need. Alternatively it might be incredibly cold and darn exhausting, but i guess i’m just in the mood for something energetic…
On other matters, we’ve added some notices around the shop to the effect that we’re offering free delivery on all items. We all have been, but we’ve been working to make that more obvious. We also hope to be looking into some more items soon, please send us an email if you ideas, requests, or just feel like telling us your potted plant died recently*. We want to make sure we’re offering the products and the service you’re after.
